JavaWIDE at Georgia Gwinnett College

Welcome to GGC's own JavaWIDE - the place where you can write and share your Java applets, applications, and video games.

New - JavaWIDE is social networked! Click here to find your source code on the server, then use the icons on the left menu to show off your work on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and more.

If you are a Mac user. Please use Firefox. JavaWide will not work under Safari or Chrome in Mac OSX.

Be sure to save your code in your own folder. The convention is that you should precede each of the programs you create with your user name. For example, if you wanted to make a program called HelloWorld and your user name were Jill, the program you would create is jill/HelloWorld. This way everyone can create their own HelloWorld program since all of them are stored in a different location.
